The corrected dates for this Merit Badge Challenge are:
February 20
March 6
March 20
March 27 (Snow Date)

 Opening Ceremony on first Saturday begin at 8:15am,
 On the following Saturdays sessions begin at 8:30am and end at 12:45.

A NEW MERIT BADGE HAS BEEN ADDED TO SESSION A (8:30):                          Engineering Merit Badge, Scout must be age 13 or older.

Open Registration ends November 13, 2009 or when site is full.  Late registrations will be accepted until site is full but no later than December 18, 2009

   If a youth is physically or mentally challenged, it is suggested the registration be a postal registration and include a signed statement describing any special needs. This confidential information will be provided to the event registrar. In advance of the event, the lead counselor for each of the youth's badges will all be given a copy of the document.

Cancellation Policy: Individuals who cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the first day of the event will receive a refund of paid fees, less 15% administrative charge. No refunds will be made after the 30-day cancellation deadline. Registrations are non-transferrable.
